Fridays!

Although I work 3 days a week, Friday is not one of those days and I get to spend all day with the twins. Sometimes we go to playgroups or music class and sometimes we just hang around at home. Today our attempt at going to playgroup was thwarted by two kids who didn't want to nap at the same time. So we stayed home. Lunch looked a lot like this:

First adventures in gardening

My gardening skills are nowhere. I know that you have to plant some things earlier in the season or even the year before. I sort of know the difference between an annual and a perennial. I know nothing about soil or properly potting plants, but I want learn more about gardening and want my kids to have an interest as well. Today was their first foray into gardening. There was a lot of eating and throwing of dirt, the twins on the other hand, were very well behaved.

I've decided to go ahead and jump on the blog wagon. I enjoy reading other people's blogs and I thought this would be a good way for friends and family to keep up with the twins! They are 14 months old tomorrow and this is as good a date to start as any. For anyone who doesn't know the twins, Brynn Morgan and Alexander James were born February 26th, 2010.  I hope to keep the blog updated with pictures and everyday happenings and hopefully improve my blogging and photography skills over time.  Here are some recent pictures of Brynn and Alexander from our trip to Rehoboth!
